Plant- Based Thanksgiving Menu

Finally, here is my this year’s Thanksgiving dinner menu… it feels kind of funny to decorate the house with pumpkins, corn and fall leaves when it has boiling 32 degrees C (90 degrees F) outside at 9 o’clock in the morning. That’s why I also swapped our dearly loved pumpkin soup this year with a cold dip and refreshing olives as an appetizer. The whole menu is very easy and quick to assemble and leaves plenty of time to enjoy the time with your guests and family.

 I added a special Thanksgiving folder to the recipe/ parties and holiday section, where you will find all the recipes from the menu. I hope you can forgive me that most of the food pictures will follow Thursday night after our feast as it is too hot to cook everything twice for the sake of the photos!
