Almond Butter Banana Salad Wraps

This in one of my quick “improvised” snacks because I usually have all three ingredients at home: Lettuce, bananas and almond butter. Crunchy, healthy and sweet!

If you are using a ripe banana, it adds just the right amount of sweetness and you won’t need any honey.

Ingredients
  1. 4 big romaine salad leaves
  2. 3 tbsp almond butter
  3. 2 bananas, peeled and cut lengthwise in half
  4. Drizzle of honey (optional)
Instructions
  1. Place salad leaves on a flat surface, slather with almond butter, top with a slice of banana and roll up in a wrap.
