Almond Butter Banana Salad Wraps
This in one of my quick “improvised” snacks because I usually have all three ingredients at home: Lettuce, bananas and almond butter. Crunchy, healthy and sweet!
If you are using a ripe banana, it adds just the right amount of sweetness and you won’t need any honey.
- 4 big romaine salad leaves
- 3 tbsp almond butter
- 2 bananas, peeled and cut lengthwise in half
- Drizzle of honey (optional)
- Place salad leaves on a flat surface, slather with almond butter, top with a slice of banana and roll up in a wrap.
