Banana Ice Cream
I have not yet a kid who didn’t like this ice cream- it is so sweet and creamy! I buy a whole bunch of bananas, peel them, brake them into pieces, seal them in plastic bags and freeze them. They come in so handy- I use them in smoothies, desserts and Popsicles.
So next time your kids ask for a dessert and you don’t have one on hand, just chuck the bananas in the blender and hit the button!
- 5 cups frozen banana pieces, thawed for 10 minutes
- Vanilla almond milk
- Add bananas and 1/4 cup milk to the blender and process until smooth.
- If necessary add more milk.
- Serve chilled.
