Quick And Crunchy Salad Wraps
Crunchy, green, refreshing and healthy!
For these wraps you can use any type of veggies and different types of spreads- homemade or store bought. In this case all I had left in the fridge was celery sticks, avocados and hummus.
But even these wraps tasted delicious!! For a sweet version look up my amazing almond banana salad wrap.
- A few large crunchy salad leaves
- Veggies sticks, e.g. celery, carrot, cucumber, pepper
- Pepper (optional)
- Wash and dry leaves.
- Spread hummus generously on leaves.
- Top with veggies and wrap.
