Raspberry Ice Cream
Our kids and their friends love fruit ice cream in summer. Their favorite is raspberry ice cream and banana ice cream- they are ridiculously easy to make and super healthy. You can substitute the raspberries with any type of berries. I sometimes fill the berry mixture in Popsicle molds and freeze them.
- 3 cups frozen organic raspberries, thawed for 10 minutes
- 1/2 banana (optional)
- Maple Syrup (optional)
- In a blend process frozen raspberries until smooth. Feel free to add a little bit of maple syrup. I usually find the berries are naturally sweet enough and try not to add too much extra sweetness.
