The fresh dill tastes great in combination with the corn and adds a little twist to the corn. Adding flaxseed oil instead of butter makes this a very nutritious dish rich in alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), a precursor to the essential omega-3 fatty acid.
- 4 cups frozen corn, thawed
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tsp flaxseed oil
- Seal salt
- Warm the corn on the stove, mix in the remaining ingredients and serve.
