I do not like cold whether. Neither do I fancy cold breakfasts. I get cold easily and love warm, soothing and comforting dishes. Even when having cereal, I remove the milk from the refrigerator first thing when I get into the kitchen in the morning, so it has time to warm up. The rest of my family seems to be more hot blooded. The kids love to drink cold rice milk in the mornings, and my husband will never ever have cereal with warm milk. That’s why my family is very fond of cold acai bowls for breakfast. usually, frozen fruits are used in acai bowls, which doesn’t make it very appealing to me. That’s why I use fresh fruits instead of frozen ones. If you are just as hot blooded as my family, feel free to use frozen fruits but add more plant milk to the blender to achieve a creamy consistency.
