I have a fable for old fashioned jars- they look so adorable and transform a simple meal into an amazing looking dish. I serve tapioca pudding, trifle, layered oatmeal and much more in them. Too bad that they are not safe to send to school…
I also use them for quick salad dressings. Add the ingredients, close tightly and shake until dressing is smooth. Keep leftovers in the jar and store in the fridge. Easy, simple, beautiful.
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Salt, freshly ground black pepper
- Add ingredients to a jar, shake to combine. Drizzle over salad.
