Cinnamon Honey Yogurt Smoothie

I love this quick and filling smoothie for after- school snacks when everybody is getting hungry again and is in need for a little sweet treat.

  1. 1 cup activated almond milk (I use Pure Harvest) or soy milk
  2. 4 tbsp vanilla soy yogurt
  3. 2 tsp honey
  4. 1 tsp cinnamon
  5. 2 ice cubes
  1. In a blender, combine first four ingredients.
  2. Place ice in glasses and top with smoothie.
