Quick And Crunchy Salad Wraps

 Crunchy, green, refreshing and healthy!


For these wraps you can use any type of veggies and different types of spreads- homemade or store bought. In this case all I had left in the fridge was celery sticks, avocados and hummus.

  1. A few large crunchy salad leaves
  2. Veggies sticks, e.g. celery, carrot, cucumber, pepper
  3. Hummus
  4. Pepper (optional)
  1. Wash and dry leaves.
  2. Spread hummus generously on leaves.
  3. Top with veggies and wrap.
