Fresh Morning Melon Juice

 I usually like to add a small chunk of fresh ginger to a fruit juice, but in the morning our kids are not too fond of the ginger taste. At the beginning of the day, they also prefer their juice at room temperature.

Fresh Morning Melon Juice

  1. 5 cups watermelon
  2. 5 cups cantaloupe
  3. Ice (optional)
  1. Process melon pieces in a high speed blender until smooth. Serve at room temperature or over ice.
