Our kids like to spread the greenish- brownish dip on slighlty toasted bread slices and create faces with vegetables that they have cut into shapes.

- 1 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas (or 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed well)
- 1/4 cup plus 1 tbsp tahini
- 3/4 avocado
- 3 tbsp plus 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- Pinch of paprika
- Process all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
- serve with crackers, veggie sticks or serve on bread.
