Raw Fruit Tarts

 These raw tastes are a filling and sweet delight! Most of our friends would never guess that they are eating raw tarts and are always amazed by the wonderful flavor.

  1. 1/4 cup raisins
  2. 1/4 cup dates
  3. 1/2 cup activated walnuts
  4. 1/2 cup activated almonds
For the filling
  1. 1/2 cup activated cashews
  2. 2 tbsp activated almond milk (I use Pure Harvest)
  3. 1 tbsp maple syrup
  4. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  5. Pinch of salt
For the topping
  1. Fresh fruits, sliced
  1. In a food processor, pulse nuts until they are crumb- sized. Add dried fruits and process until the mixture starts sticking together. Press the mixture in silicon muffin trays and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  2. Meanwhile, process all filling ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
  3. Remove taste base from silicone trays and add a tablespoon of filling in each taste.
  4. Top with fruits and serve.
