Vegan Vanilla Milkshake

Plant based shakes are beautiful, indulgent, and delicious. Plus, as a bonus, they are healthier than traditional milkshakes that are loaded with saturated fat and cholesterol! Add more milk for thinner shakes and less if you like them thick.

Maca powder, a root that belongs to the radish family, is most commonly available in powder form. Maca powder has some amazing health benefits due to its rich content of vitamins, minerals and amino acids. It will increase your energy level if taken for a few days and it supplies iron and helps restore red blood cells. And it adds a little extra taste to the milkshake.

Needless to say, the vanilla milkshake is much loved by all children who visit us.

  1. 2 scoops dairy-free vanilla ice cream
  2. 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  3. 1/2 banana
  4. 2 tsp maca powder
  5. 1 1/2 - 2 cups rice milk
  1. Add all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
  2. Serve chilled.
