Pear Banana Oat Breakfast Smoothie
- 2 ripe juicy pears, peeled and cored
- 1 ripe banana, peeled
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup of dairy free plain yogurt or vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup organic apple juice (not from concentrate etc)
- Two ice cubes
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Serve chilled.
