Cold, nutritious, delicious!!

Pear Banana Oat Breakfast Smoothie
Serves: 2
  • 2 ripe juicy pears, peeled and cored
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup of dairy free plain yogurt or vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup organic apple juice (not from concentrate etc)
  • Two ice cubes
  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Serve chilled.
