Living a whole food plant-based lifestyle in an omnivore world can be quite challenging at times, especially when your family includes children that are being influenced by their peers and their environment on a daily basis. We are showing them how to life a happy and content life knowing that we follow the healthiest and the most environmentally friendly lifestyle.

It sometimes seems that you have to be a magician juggling school, work, shopping, cooking and organizing the schedule of a whole family. This takes up a lot of time and energy and does not seem to allow for a major change in your family’s lifestyle. To help you in achieving a successful transition into a plant- based diet my blog includes free printable weekly meal plans for the entire family with delicious foods that are easy and fast to prepare. For further ease, I have attached a shopping list. Under “PANTRY”  I have listed basic items like grains or flours that you probably always have in stock.

I would also like to share with you how I deal with everyday challenges that you might be facing when transitioning to a plant- based diet like eating out, being invited to a kids’ birthday party, school lunches etc.
