- 4 cups watermelon, peeled and cut in cubes
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- A few fresh mint leaves
- 1 tbsp honey
- In a blender, puree all ingredients except the ice.
- Pour the juice over ice in tall glasses.
