Watermelon Lime Mint Spinach Coconut Water

  • 2 cups coconut water
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 2 cups loose spinach
  • 3 cups watermelon
  • Sprig of mint
  1. Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth. Serve over ice.
